"It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a zombie in in possession of brains must be in want of more brains."
Okay folks: this is hilarious. or as Jayne would say: "HI-larious."
Please, run quickly and buy this book. or reserve it from your local library. Please.
Anyone in need of a hearty laugh, who is fairly acquainted with the original, will roll over laughing.
One more tidbit:
"As guests fled in every direction, Mr. Bennett's voice cut through the commotion. "Girls! Pentagram of Death!" ... From a corner of the room, Mr. Darcy watched Elizabeth and her sisters work their way outward, beheading zombie after zombieas they went. He knew of only one other woman in all of Great Britian who wielded a dagger with such skill, such grace, and such deadly accuracy."

I do, actually, love, the way Bingley's sister is all hate-y and jealous of Eliza.
fun times!
Girls! Pentagram of Death!
You know, I wasn't sure if Jane Austen *could* roll over in her grave, or if she would object out of hand to her literary classic being abused in this way. It's just context: she would have had no idea that her book would be such a timeless classic. and also, how timeless classics have just somehow become boring... sadly.
a new twist! I hope he does write the next one about Abe Lincoln being a vampire hunter. that sounds really good!
:P happy monday!
